Some of the cops from the Webster police department in TX, they are horrible and crazy and they over react and they don't help instead they like to be envious and hypocrites liars. One of them his name is officer Ryan Sprinkle he should get fire, he is a crazy psycho he called CPS on my birthday July 1, 2015, just because I called him to helped me to cooperated to write a police report against the manager and leasing agents at my apartment 900 Henderson Ave, Houston TX, because I was seeing roaches on and off at my apartment since I moved from May 16 this year thru July first my birthday, he came to my apartment on my birthday, and I told him that I wanted a police report against the manager at my apartment for being suspicious of murder attempt as I was seeing roaches on and off at my apartment and it was very suspicious the cockroaches, and my apartment was paid in advance 13 months of rent for $1249 per month, and the officer didn't want to helped me with the report, and instead he told CPS that I was being crazy just because I asked him to cooperated with a report for me to sue the manager at hidden lake apartments , and I mean no offense but the crazy psycho is him, as he likes to call people crazy to people that are normal like me , and CPS sent 2 vulgar envious baranting ghetto black ladies looking like they are from the ghetto hood one she had 2 tattoos in her right foot her name is Porsche Williams and the other ghetto black lady is the supervisor of Porsche her name is Shenitra Smith Harris they came to my apartment July 31, 2015, just because they had I call from officer Ryan of cockroaches before at my apartment and Porsche and Shenitra illegally kidnapped my little 15 months little baby July 31,2015, and she illegaly wrote a notice of removal for allegations of abuse and neglect and noon cooperation just because I didn't go on July 31,2015, for a family team plan and she lied that she texted me the address for the family team plan, and a cps facilitator her name is Sheila texted the address to my husband as he lives at his parents house and my husband told me that she was being a psycho texting him , and when Porsche came to my apartment I didn't let her in my apartment because she is black and she looks ghetto like she is from the ghetto hood, and I think because I told her the true that I didn't like her because she looks like she is from the ghetto hood that I was not going to let her into my apartment, I think because I told her that, she kidnapped my little baby July 31, 2015, with Shenitra Smith Harris, and they felt racist as I told Shenitra that Porsche was bullying me on a phone conversation, and now I have to go to court and sue them as they should be penalize, as they are evil and lairs and racist, and envious, as for my kid he is a beautiful white hispanic 15 months baby and my baby is been taking always good care with me, I have a teenager daughter and she is a witness that I been taking good care always of her and with my baby, and my friends they are witness that I been taking good care of my kids, and those 2 cps ghetto black ladies are telling lies with the cop officer Ryan sprinkle they should get fire as what they want is to get their illegal pay check. And now I have to go to court to get my baby back and to prove that officer Ryan sprinkle he is evil because everybody knows that if a person had roaches at an apartment that was not a reason for CPS to kidnap my baby with a false report and thats very illegal of those CPS Black ghetto ladies to be racist and lairs and they should get fire for misconduct and they should be put In jail for perjury, as Porche wanted to come in my apartment to investigate for roaches and I didn't let her in my aparment as she offensibly bullied me and they should get fire and penalize for kidnapping my baby with their nasty lies. And officer Ryan sprinkle should get fire and penalize for ciberstalking me with his false reports with cps, he cant do that is very illegal of him, he is a bad cop with his evil intentions.

Terrible department. They do not care one single bit about upstanding, working citizens living in the community. We have been having issues with a set of neighbors for months. Loud, rude, obnoxious people who only think of themselves. Called 911 once while watching the female of the couple physically abuse two of "her" children (her being in quotes because there a at least 5 maybe 6 kids, some clearly from different donors, so who can tell) for HOURS. That's right, hours of abuse out front, even after I, and other neighbors called 911. The police never showed up, and when anyone went to say something to her she would scream in their faces. Had one of their kids lay in front of my door kicking it, so I opened the door and said please stop kicking my door. Female again goes crazy, pounding on my door and screaming at me, I open my door and tell her to leave. Next morning, on my way out for work, her husband? Maybe, who knows, who was obviously waiting at his door comes out and threatens me. After work that day I go to the webster police department to file a report on the threat. No notes were taken by the officer, and when I brought up the 911 call, he said that can't be true. Uh yeah, multiple neighbors and I all teamed up to pretend to call 911 that day. He wrote off all my issues never bothering to take note of a single detail, and said just call dispatch if there's a problem. Not too long after, I call dispatch, for a noise complaint around 2am. They're bumping music or surround sound or something. My wife and I actually both work full time, a concept clearly unknown to the scum neighbors, and sleep is one of those helpful things. I sit and wait to see what happens inside my place. Officer knocks on their door, asks him if he has anything playing loud. He plays confused, officer says if he does, to keep it down and just leaves. Well, apparently all this did, was give terrible neighbors a new game to play with how long and how loud can they push it with the noise issues every other night. I try to let it slide, but the other night they go to around 1am again. Try to let it go, but obviously got no sleep and it affected my work. Next night, same issue, so I call dispatch again. They send an officer out, again I'm waiting to overhear what lines they can possibly give this time. Officer stands at door for a second or two before knocking. Female neighbor answers this time. She claims nothing is on at all. By the way, noise is coming from the back of the place. She then proceeds to give this pathetic sob story of her being some sort of victim. Officer says, that he believes her and heard nothing while "standing in front of the door for quite a while". He then proceeds to tell her that she should make complaints against us. For what?! Wanting to sleep at night? Not wanting to watch her abuse children? Not wanting to be threatened when going to work? Oh yeah, those are such legitimate complaints. Fine work officer. Oh the best part, after he leaves, she goes back and turns up the noise again. Yeah officer, great detective work. So as I said, this is clearly a town/city, whatever they want to claim to be, where you have to do for yourself whatever needs to be done, because the police will not be there to help you at all.

  • Twice in the last few months, I have witnessed the Webster police department going above and beyond. Once when a steer was roaming near the road at NASA bypass and an officer was keeping him off the road until the owner could be reached. More recently when a car broke down on the bypass ramp. One officer was directing traffic around the car. The other officer was helping the car owner repair the car. Very nice to live in an area where officers look out for the neighborhood.
